At Cozė, we take pride in ensuring that every item meets our quality standards before it is shipped.

Returns & Refunds

We only accept returns or offer refunds for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not the item you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at info@coze.co.za with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and the defect

Once the issue has been reviewed and approved, we will arrange a return and provide further instructions.

If the item is confirmed to be defective or incorrect, we will offer either:

  • A replacement item, or
  • A full refund to your original payment method

Non- returnable Items 

Due to hygiene reasons and the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Fabric preference
  • Incorrect size selection
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or used
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Please review product descriptions and sizing carefully before purchasing.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
